Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse

How to Start a Return

  1. Email cs@vivanchi.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at cs@vivanchi.com within 90 days with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
